Conference registration occurs in three phases. Hotel reservations are separate from conference registration.

1. View & Reserve Available Countries

View the list of available countries, assigned committees, and reserve them for the conference. No deposit is required to reserve a country; fees (detailed below) are collected before the conference begins.

2. Pre-Conference Registration

Prior to arriving to MMUN, Faculty/Head Delegates will be asked to provide basic information regarding attendees. Will be requested in the month before the conference and due one week before the conference begins.

3. Conference Invoicing & Payment

Invoices will be generated by MMUN’s administrative staff after your pre-conference registration is submitted. Payment must be prior to or upon arriving at the conference.


Hotel Information

Reserving countries for MMUN does not reserve hotel rooms. Each group must reserve and directly pay for any needed hotel rooms. For additional details, read the hotel info page.

Fees

The fee structure for MMUN 62 is:
• $150 per attending institution, with a $50 discount for prior-year lottery participation
• $40 per delegate

Country Availability

Not all countries are represented at MMUN each year. The MMUN staff chooses a proportional mix from regional blocks to create each year’s country matrix. Additional countries may be added throughout the year.
