Position Papers

Position papers are formal documents submitted by Member States that are meant to signal their goals before the start of negotiation. At MMUN, delegations may submit position papers for each committee in which they have delegate representation. Guidelines for writing and submitting position papers, in addition to details on how they are evaluated, are provided in the Position Paper Guidelines. A template for position papers is also available.

The deadline for submitting position papers to be eligible for awards was Wednesday, February 12 at 11:59 PM CT. Although this deadline has passed, delegations may still submit position papers in order to be featured on the website and signal their priorities to other delegations. Please follow this link to submit position papers.

Position papers have been posted, and are now available to view here.
